It seems to happen on all Minecraft Servers. It's not just an PZ problem. It can be host bugs, normal connection problems. Some times the server's connection can be interrupted, something like that. Your/the connection can't find an way to you be able to join the server.

He's correct. It's not just a PZ thing, it's when your internet connection to that servers gets, as he put it, 'interrupted'.
