would it be counted as abusing the report forum if I report my self for hacking? I'm using opifine and everyones calling me out

By doing that you would be creating a false report. The time that the staff member who checks your report uses could be used resolving a valid report. So yes, you would be abusing the report forum if you did that, which is punishable.
