so i've been seeing this thing, there was an animated picture and some words
below the reply thing everytime someone replies.

i just want to know how to do that.

Like this? So basically you need to find one of these images (on google is easiest) - you can just search gif. Finda an image you like. You then need to find the direct link to the image, which will end in .gif. You then press the picture button at the top toolbar thingy, and paste the link there. If it works, it will come up wth your moving image. (If you want one with text in, just use one that has text in) Sorry if this is a terrible explaination - I'm not too good with this kinda stuff
After re-reading your post, I noticed that you meant the signature - just go to the top box, where your profile pic is, choose signature and follow the steps above. I hope this explains it kinda well xP
