Implemented Clans

i was thinking of taking the clubs that are on the forums and incorporating that into a clans thing on the server.
What would the purpose be?: The purpose would be to bring people together with

This has been suggested multiple times and I still don't know how I feel about it. You need to describe a bit more of how you want this idea to work.
