What do you do if you apply for helper, it gets denied, your form reset date is supposed to be in February, but you were denied on the 30th of December? Do you request a reset on the 2nd of March or the 28th of February?

It would be March 2nd, seeing as if February had a 30th that would be when. If you have anymore questions/concerns regarding this topic, please let me know!
