Changing Forum Account To A New One

After linking my "minecraftnight" account to a forum account (GetRektAndShrekt). I have realized that i made a mistake in which i accidentally linked my "minecraftnight" account to my old account. Is there anyway of linking my minecraft account to my new forum account "MineCraftNight (Real)".

I already have already tried linking it to my new forum account, but it just says "You have already linked your Minecraft account to forum account GetRektAndShrekt. Please contact an administrator if this is incorrect".

Is there any Help? Much appreciated :p :0 :)
