Chapter 1:
She's a burst of fresh air.
*RING RING*
"Ugh..."
*RING RING*
The boy slams the snooze button.
"Just another day."
The boy puts on a black hoodie and jeans, he then walks down to the dormitory kitchen.
"Empty... Like usual."
The boy makes some oatmeal and puts it in the microwave.
"Jake!" The boy jumps out of surprise almost dropping his spoon. "Oh it's just you, Tiffany." He turns around "You gave me a scare." The girl walks over "And I'm glad I did!" *BEEP* Jake takes out his oatmeal and begins eating. "So what shall we do today?" The girl says excitedly. "I don't feel like doing anything today, Tiffany. I'd rather just stay here and study" "But it's the school holidays! What are you studying for? "Next years exams." He says while eating the rest of his oatmeal. "BUT THAT'S NEXT YEAR!" She exclaims "Yes, and I can't ever study too much." Jake says as he finishes his oatmeal "I refuse to let you stay here and mope around all day!" She says with her arms crossed. "But Tiffany..." "No buts! Tiffany grabs Jake's arm and drags him to town.
"Now what shall we do since we're in town, Jake?" "Eat." Says Jake excitedly. "Fine, but then I choose what we do!" "Okay." Says Jake as he bolts towards the fast food stand. "Wait up!" Says Tiffany almost out of breath. "I'll have 1 corndog, 1 packet of fairy floss and a Sprite!" Says Jake with drool practically coming out of his mouth. Tiffany arrives gasping for air. "Oh yeah, and what do you want?" Jake asks "I'll just have a sandwhich and gatorade." Tiffany replies still gasping for air.
The two sat down with their meals and before Tiffany could even take a bite Jake had already eaten the whole corndog. "That was fast!" Tiffany exclaims. "We're not anime characters you know." "I know" Says Jake while stuffing the fairy floss in his mouth. Tiffany sighs as a smile sweeps across her face.

Author's Note: Just to clarify a few things, this is NOT a romance story. My plan for the story is for it to become somewhat deep and to touch on some sensitive issues that people today face. BUT that plan could change over the course of this story.
