We all tend to make grammatical errors occasionally, so no we do not need perfect grammar- but as staff we are required to act professional at all times. Therefore, it is expected of you to use somewhat "perfect grammar." I hope this answered your question, if it didn't- feel free to private message me and I'll do my best to help further.
