Personally I am not an Elite+ and can not afford to buy something like that.

There was the recent change of making it so Elite+ can not copy anything on other peoples plots.
I understand partially. You don't want them stealing peoples builds; and that's an acceptable thought process. However, there are people such as me who simply can not afford a higher rank. So I have two solutions for this.

Solution one: Reverting
This is probably the least viable option, and the least effective. This would allow people to have their builds stolen again, but it would also allow them to help out those who are unable or unwilling to buy Elite+ for this.
Again- This is the least optimal of the two options.

Solution two: /permissions
This would be a very useful tool. Using this would bring a GUI onto your screen with three options.
-Added
-Unadded
-Plot
The first option, added, would pull up another screen showing the skulls of those who are currently added to your plot. From there, you can click on their skull changing the specifics of what they are allowed to do. Examples would be such as; Building, Copy, Pasting, Interacting with redstone components, and Flying.
All the previously mentioned options would be turned on by default as of how it is now, however, this would be able to be changed through this GUI. This would allow for a whole flurry of possibilities for viewing plots, role plays improving, and allow those to help with W/E but not modifying otherwise. Another option could be to not allow them to do anything except Copy and pasting as to remove the possibility of //set to remove the enter plot.
The next option, would be the people who are not added onto the plot. You can use this to toggle interaction of redstone components, flying, and if they're able to enter the plot or not. This way, you can control who can modify the blocks on your plot, and they can wander on foot, and you can make it so the experience of purely aesthetic plots are not ruined. It would also protect role plays, and you could deny anyone who is not added; but as soon they are added, they are able to come onto the plot allowing the filtering of anyone who can come on there.
The last selection of Plot would be the least modifiable of all them. It would simply be be able to toggle whether anyone can or can not come onto the plot, just so those who do not know all the commands could easily modify this without the needing of someone willing to answer their questions being online.

I would really like to know if this could be implemented, or at the very least the change of Elite+ being able to copy on other peoples plots to be returned.
That's all, have a good day!

I do agree that players should be able to copy and paste onto plots they are added to if needed- though, I think the most simple option would to just allow copy and paste on plots you're added to. Though, if this causes an issue, there could always be something added similar to the /plot trust command to allow only certain people to copy and paste on your plots. It's a +1 from me, in terms of finding a solution to copy and paste on trusted plots.

I like this idea
It would also help a lot cause
As an E+ you get requests in msgs and in chat asking for help with w/e and its usually "make this big wall" when really they could do it themselves with c/p, like making a long like of wood, and pasting it over and over to make a wall.
it would help + be a lot easier
plus it would open a lot funner possibilities for people under the Elite rank

Thank you for your suggestion. However after thorough review, the team has decided this will not be implemented.

This is because copy and paste is a feature given to the already underperked rank, elite+.
