Hello. How are you? Please don't answer "fine", because I want to know. I want to know more than anything, and the very last thing I want from you is a hollow "fine".

Next question: How is everyone's day going? And you already know my opinion on the word "fine".
For some people their day isn't going so well.
And all they can say is "fine".
And you know what else? We can't see it. it all hides behind the emptiness, that word "fine". But this isn't about "fine". Because a young girl earlier today was anything but fine.
PartyZone is such a nice place, right? We try everything to make people, our fellow partiers, feel welcome. We love seeing a new user on our gorgeous server. PZ forever!
Alas, not all lives or experiences are the same way.
This young girl, whom we'll just call "Sad", was a fellow partier.
I doubt anyone but her in-real-life friends have even noticed her absence on the server.
Sad was dissatisfied with herself. She didn't believe in herself, she thought she wasn't worth it.
She was.
Sad was young. I don't know what she looked like, what she talked like. I know she was nice. I know she was too young to be doing things like she was to herself.
I wonder how many of you know someone who seems even mildly unhappy. Ask them. If they snort, check their eyes. Make sure they twinkle, make sure it's real, before you believe their 'fine'.
Because Sad, nobody ever should have believed her emotionless 'fine's.
Let's cut to the chase.
Our fellow partier Sad?
She took her own life.
And who knew about it on our wonderful server? Who, in all of the community, knew? Cared?
The answer to both questions is only her real life friends.
Really?
Maybe we didn't cause it. But suicide is nothing to turn your nose up at.
Maybe a Minecraft server isn't the place to talk about these things.
You're right, it isn't.
But she was a member, a friend, a partier.
And no one knew.
Please, just be aware.

I... know who Sad was. I spoke to her on two occasions, both recently. We hadn't known each other for long, but she loved to open up to me and her IRL friend, who also happens to be on the server, who I had been friends with for much longer, told me how I made her feel better. After I came home from school, her friend... told me she wasn't at school. And wasn't on the server. Seeing as she was recently very suicidal, she was concerned. She felt bad to tell me, but i'm glad I had known as fast as possible. Her friend went to the girl's house and didn't find her there, and she asked the girl's brother and he said that he last saw her earlier that morning. We're not sure if she's dead, but we can only hope for the best and wait for further information. ;-;

You've ruined the lives of some people, I feel like everyone cares about everyone on the server, but some people.. Suicidal thoughts are the nightmare of life just thinking of suicide sometimes people get pressured by school if they don't get their projects in my the due time, some people face the terror of bullying.. Believe me I know how its felt for someone to try to break your neck, and a true friend who is willing to stop the bully. There was this one guy who was at a subway restaurant, and gave the person at the register a note, and said to read it after he got to the other side of the road, he did when the worker read it it said ''Good bye'' I am suicide because my wife and kids ran away, I forgot the keys to my house and I got fired.. Goodbye friend. Then the guy Jumped into the other lane, and a car hit him.. Suicide is not the answer and never will be. If you ever decide to suicide, know this.. You're leaving behind family friends memories.. that you will always cherish, for the rest of your life, and if your being bullied stand up don't sit there and get bullied. There is this one person.. who stood up for himself a bully and his gang were bullying him the guy was getting punched over and over again.. until he snapped he grabbed him and threw the bully to the ground. He was defending himself against a bully never be a bully or try to be one either.. ask your friends for help, and know ''A true friend walks in when the rest walks out''

You're missing the point, most people, if they've had experiences of suicide won't want to talk about it. And posting this person's name on a website where anyone can view it isn't showing sensitivity or respect.

She is alive, with multiple injuries, please pray for her.
This does not change the message of this thread.
People are being damaged out there, please be aware.
But Sad is alive.
Please, please, please pray for her, she is still dissatisfied and I don't know why.
If you want to talk to her, you could send a message to @Apollo345MC or myself and we will forward it to her.
If you do not want us to read it please write "TIS" at the top. We will cut that out, and we will not read the actual message.
Sad is still not 'fine', that may take a while.

As Some people may be upset by this. Anyway Hope Sad Gets Party Rocking Better and takes some long deep breathes whenever she gets worked up (Works For Me)

Well I know Sad is someone on this server as you said in your earlier post But I don't know why you have made this a thread?

She made a thread about this to raise awareness of suicide. We may occasionally joke about it but when you really think about it it's very sad. Someone feels so much like nothing that taking their own life would be better than trying to cope. I know someone personally who had to deal with this sort of thinking. If you are aware of this you can help to stop it, make these people see that they are important, that every individual person is important, and no one is 100% alone. There will always be someone out there who cares.

I don't know who Sad is but the first thing that should be done is not call her "Sad" because that's just overly depressing.

Second, a person who fails to measure his self-worth and underestimates himself eventually starts thinking suicidal thoughts. There were times when I felt like killing myself but I got over it. Thankfully, I didn't really go that far however at times I feel like I could just end it right now. All the pain and the problems will be gone right? Wrong. In truth, you'll be left in a permanent state of regret and the inability of correcting your biggest mistake will haunt you forever. Every single atom of every single person exists for a reason.

Everything and everyone have a purpose(even a pebble or a chewed piece of gum on the road). Every human is unique in their own way (Try comparing your fingerprints to 10,000,000 other people. Yours will stay unique.)

Life is short. Remember what Bartholomew Roberts said in Assassin's Creed IV: "A short life and a merry one". Your life is worth more than all the money in the world.

Your life is a responsibility. To commit suicide is like procrastinating until the last day before the exam and then willingly choosing to not prepare. The only difference is you can't improve yourself later on since there's not much more of you left to improve.

Talking about this subject can be... difficult. However, sometimes it is necessary. Sadly there are many people out there like the young girl mentioned. It's a horrible phase to go through. I've felt like this before too, but you've got to remember, there are people who care about you. Think about how sad they'd be if you decided to do commit suicide. I know what this is like. A great friend of mine passed one year ago now. He was unhappy with life, however some of my friends and I tried to show him how much we cared. He seemed happy, but as you've pointed out it's not always 'fine'.

If you're going through something similar to this, stay strong. It'll get better. Maybe we could talk. But remember, never make a permanent 'solution' to a temporary problem.

Anytime, Taking your life is, final, you won't get it back, so I'm always pleasured too help and let someone know that it's useless. I'm pretty sure all of us will have suicidal thoughts at some point, Heck we ARE humans, but through each other we can over come these feelings, and emotions.
