Save it to your pc and go use Gravatar

You can also take that link, sign in to Gravatar, go to the settings to upload it and I believe that there is a way for you to just place the link in there and it'll work.

save it to your Computer then go to Gravatar.com and make an account, then upload it i think there is a guide in the Guides section
