Everytime I try to join any minecraft server I keep timing out. Then I tried deleting minecraft and re-downloading it but it won't download, whatever version or launcher I use and when I tried on my other computer, the same thing happened, how do I fix this? Please help.

This could possibly have to do with your internet connection. Try seeing if restarting your WiFi works, and if not then see if connecting to another network works. If none of this works, feel free to private message me.
