I can't seem to apply for Helper. I have donated to the server and registered over a week. I'm 16 years old, but it says I need forum points. What are they and how do you get them?

The most common way I know is this, reply to threads. You can list them by click on the 21 by you Trophy Points, click the button next to the one in the corner, it should list all of the trophees.
You can get forum points by basically being active on the forums. Getting likes on your posts and commenting on other posts will get you trophy points.
I've also noticed you don't have the VIP tag on your forums account yet (which you'll need for applying for Helper as well). Make sure you've linked your account with the forums in game. To do this, do '/link <the email you used for your forum account>' If something isn't working let a staff member know.
