Apply for helper

I am 15 with 36 points and im elite but it doesn't let me apply for helper it just says you must be vip and active on forums to apply and when i click it says error

The reason why it won't let you apply is because you haven't got your rank on the forums. Have you tried /link (email)? If you have and it still doesn't work, after 24 hours, then contact an admin to place on to your account.
