I would like to post a formal appeal for a mute.
This is no big deal, as I was muted for only 3 hours, but I feel as though my mute was unjust and unfair.
So, I was in a disagreement with a certain individual, and was told to drop the conversation, however, to be fair, I did continue the conversation and ignored the admin. I was then warned by Jadeeee, an admin on the server, for ignoring a staff. I then criticized the staff for warning me under such circumstances. I do not believe that it is just to mute me for continuing a conversation that I was told to drop, nor should I be muted for criticizing a staff member that warned me for doing nothing wrong at all.
I did not swear, nor did I enter any inappropriate chat messages, I simply was exercising my right to free speech and was having a conversation with another individual. I believe that being forced to drop a conversation by a mod is a form of tyranny, and is not a fair aspect to the server. I did not spam, nor did I write any messages in all caps, etc. I do not believe that I did anything wrong and should be unmuted promptly.

What you are saying about your right to free speech, that doesn’t apply for minecraft servers, you are using someone else’s property pretty much and whatever rules they have, you will need to obey them.

I understand that they have rules but I'm arguing that it's an unfair rule, as I was not rude nor did I say anything inappropriate or wrong. Alright then, you obviously stated in your post, “I was told to drop the conversation and I ignored the staff”. So you can see how a warning can lead to a mute. You should’ve listened and your mute was probably deserved. You want to continue?

No I would not like to continue, because this argument is pointless and you simply aren't understanding the point of what I was trying to say. Have a good day.
