Sorry but your googling skills suck (sorry) . This error only lasts like 5-10 mins and then requires the online mode server or proxy to restart.

Ehy! It lasted for 20 min.. don't insult my googling skills, I figured how to install Java for Win 8.1 without the error poping up.
