I have recently been inspired by similar groups to start my own group but it's for people who suffer from anxiety issues. I suffer from chronic anxiety as and have a buzzing feeling in my head which makes me want to die. I know it's quite sad right
Hence why I'm on medication. I have been too anxiety therapists and I'm in with a doctor every few months. It's been a lot worse recently due to my exams, so don't worry I'm not like this all the time.
I also suffer from tics, this is why if ever you speak to me on TS I may be making some weird coughing or grunting noises.
But I just want to know how many of you other people suffer with anxiety or tics like me?
There's no sign ups or anything you need to fill in just say you'd like to join below and I'll make a conversation for us all. You can be a not anxious person and join too, because support is always great from you guys in the community normally
If you ever wanna talk more in depth about what I have been/going through or give any support hit me up in a convo and I'd be happy to talk. to see as many as possible of you sign up as I really believe mental health is important in kids/teens and adults.
