How about an Anti-VPN Plugin, to prevent hackers to come back on alts/other ip adresses?

Few hackers have a VPN changer which means they keep changing their IP so that's why Jesse suggested this.

No, it’s to prevent people with changed ips and different alts from re-entering, that’s the point of the plugin, to detect when people do this.

This would definitely be beneficial for staff, as it would prevent hackers with alts/changed ips from continuing to enter.

I had a "friend" a while ago that did this and I didn't realise (their alt) until they left. Crazy things my dude.
 
This would be extremely helpful to the staff community and would save us a lot of time! +1

Hmm, idk. What if someone gets IP banned because of their sibling tho? That's unfair

That’s not really pz’s fault. Your sibling most likely shouldn’t be on your account, and if you share, you have to face the consequences they do.
Or if you’re talking about separate accounts, I’m not sure. I doubt you’ll get banned.

The only issue with this is that some players come on with a VPN to improve their connection, if they have really bad connection/
Also as stated above about siblings sharing the same IP, it's not really their responsibility to keep their sibling under control to prevent them from breaking the rules.
I'd also like to state that people who live in the same house also share the same IP, which they can't help.
If we were to implement this, we'd have to do this to a certain extent.

You completely missed my point. I meant if you and your sibling have YOUR OWN accounts and your sibling gets an IP ban, then you get affected too for what your sibling did?
Why would I be dumb enough to let an 8 year old go on my social media, let alone my own account for a block game?
 
We already block most known VPNs through our partnership with neme. Fun fact: you're actually connecting through neme's proxy routing system that then sends you to PZ. Their system blocks most known VPN IP blocks.

So, what I actually asked is already implemented?
 
I use a VPN on a regular basis because I have slow connection and it makes me less prone to cyberattacks. What we have in place is sufficient, but your suggestion is taking it too far. For someone who doesn’t use a VPN, this would make sense but speaking on behalf of users of them— it’s unnecessary.
