It's a voice chat program, where you connect to a IP just like Minecraft, and there are channels where you can talk to other users.
The ip for Partyzone's TS is ts.mcpz.net

Nah I got it pretty EZ when I figured it out, and actually was on ts.mcpz.net. Pretty fun times!
