I have vip and it says i don't even though i purchased it and it also says that I need permission.Please someone help!

First you need to link your minecraft account to your email (do /link (your email) and it should work)

Then you need to be active on the forms and VIP for a week. Then you're ready to apply! Keep in mind you can only apply once unless given permission.

That isn't completely true/complete.
The complete list of requirements is:
- Have VIP on the server & forums (/link )
- Be signed up on the forums for a week
- Have 25 trophy points on the forums
