Its come to my attention that factions hasen't been online for quite a while and I really enjoy that server, Is there any chance I could get an answer saying when it will be back on? Thankyou

The old factions world was corrupted, so the map is being rebuilt and the plugin remade. There is no specific date as to when it will be back up, all we know is that it will be before the end of the year.
