In the resort, the VIP and a hunt thing prize seems weird. It says that if an elite/elite+ win they get to give it to another player. But what does a VIP/VIP+ get?

I believe it also says as stated:
If a VIP wins, they have the option to get upgraded to VIP+ or can give it to another player.
If a VIP+ wins, they may give it to a friend.
