Question
Could I have a full list of the rules that apply to downgrade. (Ex. No Hacking, and No Glitch abusing are just 2.)

The main reason for this is to see what is, and is not allowed in Downgrade.
 
Apart from the normal "no swearing, spamming, advertising" etc rules, the only main downgrade rules are no hacking and no abusing bugs. If a player is continuously targeting you, you may report it as harassment.
