So, I forgot that I had a forums account and so I made a new one (My old one is Euphoniad) and when I try to link my Minecraft to the forums it says I can't since I already linked it to Euphoniad is there anyway I can link it to this account instead?

You can message an admin on the forums and they will gladly unlink your account and link it to your new one.
