Plot admin
In creative, you should be able to add a plot admin.
A plot admin would have the ability to add and deny other players to the plot without your presence.

No one is forcing you to do this
The argument could be made that Andy may add someone that may, grief your plot. But
there's always a chance you, yourself could do this. That's the danger with adding anyone to your plot anyway. As well as Andy has the ability to remove this person from your plot.
It'd be highly stressed that you don't add anyone you don't totally and completely trust.

/Plot promote (Name)
Are you sure you want to add this person to your plot, their
may be potential dangers to doing so.
[NO] [YES]
