Accidentally gave my plot away- Creative

I didn't exactly know what the /plot setowner command did, so I chose a random person in the chat and used their name. (I know, terrible idea) Now I can't find my plot because I went somewhere, and I don't know their name. Is there a way to get my plot back?

There isn't a way to get your previous plot back, unless there is proof that you once owned it, however we can claim you a new one. In future, make sure to be very careful with which commands you use - try to avoid using commands that you don't know how to use.
