Why have so many staff resigned so much through this kind of time, 4 resigned staff I believe through a week or two? Has someone told them to or is it like an event or something?

You may ask the previous staff themselves your questions, and they will answer you if they feel comfortable doing so. They don't have to answer if they don't feel they want to, so please respect that.
