Yes, you can access any plug.dj community as normal on the app. To search for a community, start the search with name: (example: search for name:PartyZone). Unfortunately in order for a community to show up music needs to be playing at the time.
If there's not music playing, the easiest way to find the PartyZone plug.dj is to favorite it so it will show up in your favorites, you can do this by directly connecting to it (https://plug.dj/partyzone) and clicking the small star.
