1.13 Not Working

I see that MCPZ has updated to BungeeCord 1.8.x-1.13.x, but it's still not letting me access the server on the release of 1.13. Is this only happening to me, or is this a problem with minecraft, or the server? Also, I tried accessing another network on 1.13, and it worked. If this is only happening to me, is there a way I can fix it?

Updating that is probably the first step to supporting 1.13, however they're not completely done with it yet.
