Question Hi, I would like to know if there are any special requirements to be on the Win ratio except for actually having high enough of a win ratio? For example, on my alt my win ratio is enough for rank 9 on the Win ratio leaderboard, but my alt is not on the leaderboard?

Question Um, why arent there any rules on the website, or am I just missing them?
