My suggestion is to have weather (rain, snow, storm, etc.) in creative. Some people, like myself, have wanted to make it 'rain' or 'snow' in role plays, but they had to just pretend, and not just in role play. Someone might want their plot to have a certain theme, like rainy, or winter time, but...
