MCPZ has been in maintenence for a really long time. It said it was only going to be for an hour, but it has been under maintenence for way longer. When is the maintenence going to be finished?

I was banned for a week because "I griefed a plot" when someone literally let everyone else do it!

I am building a gigantic office tower for mcpz, but cant do it without worldedit. Coudl someone pls help me? I need someone with worldedit to elevate a large building 10 times. the redstone torches are the 2 points.
