Games last 5-7 minutes with only a 30 second or so window to join them, so it's hard to get in. I'm suggesting that when you try to join a full game that you join as a spectator.

First, this should be changed "Upon acceptance of a map the author will be given a permanent VIP+ rank." because VIP+ is given out when the map is implemented not accepted. This text in found in the tread "Build Submission Requirements & Info" Second, this text says to rate map submissions...
