Hi I had a question about applications for helper. I meet all the requirements but it still says error. I am not sure what to do at this point .I have the applications installed I have the points and it still wont work! If you could please help me!

I have been trying for 7 hours to apply for helper but it says error I meet all the requirements even downloaded the to things and got a reset nothing is working and each time I ask someone for help they just leave me can u help me?
