I am not a big fan of this idea as it would be easy to farm and the event is almost over as it is. There are also people who don't play murder at all so there would be no advantage to them. Plus, if you collect at the eggs (melted or not) you get a gadget, as @Fox said. Sorry :/ -1

This could be used to escape a fair death by certain mobs. I could also see it getting very spammy in chat. There would also have to be a pvp tag feature, so you can't go afk in the middle of a fight that you know you will lose, and the other person cannot kill you. -1 for now, sorry :/
