This is a good idea, but maybe a /nick would help, so they could nick as some random username, so they can still be in the game/lobby while observing someone, and not be notice, so +1

If you want to suggest a theme, there is a section in the Build battle plot for suggestions and staff already have plenty of questions and your question 2, it really isn't a single answer, as most questions are.
