I think you have a misconception, ELITE is not underperked because W/E is worth alot, also those 8 plots are good value, ELITE+ is double the price and only has like 3 more perks, 2 more plots, more useless commands and emotes, who even uses emotes, like it's just bad.

ELITE is not underperked, add the + and you are so correct.
