In my opinion, I believe a suggestion channel for the discord should be made because alot of flaws are in the discord but if players can suggestion flaws that can be fixed, staff can fix it.

This seems too basic, even hypixel has something like it but you have describing how hypixel and mineplex have there verison (blocks for mineplex and animals for hypixel) so -1 (if you add better explanation I will agree)

I get what you are saying but first, isn't that command another verison of /hello and second, this wouldn't be necessary since a player can ask others for a local staff member of they can ask a staff member that they see for help. So I give this a -1
