Question Will users be able to build and submit maps for Splatter when its out for the public?

Not all maps with screen shots are accepted.

I forget what my 3 random guesses were.

Plain and simple. Make it so build submissions must have screen shots before the submission is made. Everytime I want to look at a new map that someone made for the server, half the time it has no screen shots.
