I'm not necessarily suggesting they unban everybody. I don't think that's a good idea. I guess I was just trying to strike a middle ground to remind people that appealing doesn't always work when the staff team thinks they have the right evidence.

Oh true, that could work. I'd still recommend giving everybody flight instead of nobody, though, so defaults might be encouraged to buy a rank and so that everybody can get to hard-to-reach places equally. :)

Seems to me like you're just misconstruing it. I would have made a joke about you having a dirty mind or something, but I'll be honest - I probably thought about the same thing you did after you said it's not child friendly. But, yeah, it's not explicitly stating anything. It's an emote.

I agree - ban messages should definitely be more informative and should provide an opportunity to submit an appeal.
