If it was a false ban, you would be able to make an appeal stating what happened, or even a staff abuse report. If you do that, you will more than likely be unbanned if it was truly false. There are no "secret" punishments, either. We would know about the ban as it happened.

Many things determine this. A punishment appeal is usually answered by the person who gave the punishment. Depending on what timezone this staff member is in, how often they get on the forums, and how available they are when the appeal is made, it can take anywhere from less than a day to a...

Innocent shooting is not reportable, no. As long as you aren't looking for this person wanting to continuously shoot them, or teaming, then you should be fine.

Things like this happen on a daily basis. There's always curious people wanting to know what reporting does or something of the sort. If it's just one accident you should be fine. No worries. Just don't spam it.

You should report all kinds of swearing excluding swear abbreviations unless they are used in a derogatory manner, or any way that breaks the other rules. Anything punishable is reportable.
