The devs put time into whatever work needs to go on, based on player stats etc. The graph already shows updates are going to downgrade, but because it's not as 'elaborate' as murder updates most likely take longer to produce. Like I said...

Downgrade has lots of work done on it, it's just not busted out as often as murder updates, as murder is the most popular game on MCPZ. While it'd be amazing if all game types could have often updates, murder gets the most publicity and is obviously taken with more priority. I'm sure gigosaurus...
