I'm afraid forum drafts are not very reliable as they save depending on your computer and current login session instead of your account so they just disappear sometimes. I'm afraid there's not really a way to get it back and I recommend saving important drafts somewhere else as well.

If your screen is smaller unfortunately you can't see it usually, however if you go into options, and video settings you can change your GUI to small to view the whole thing and see your party points :)

No, although the main function of macros is harmless they are not allowed due to being able to use them to give you an advantage in games.
