SAME i suck at it, I'd say im good (i draw manga/anime) at the neck and up, but downwards, i'm trying and I'm trying to get somewhere with it haha

to help you, you should always map out the pose with stick figures, and use circles or any type of shape to help out with the anatomy

Its moreso shaping, like the arms are confusing for example. So are the legs. The torso is literally a \ /, so thats not too hard, and the waist is ok, though i only draw boys because i suck at drawing the breasts and curves on bodies. :| i can do shoulders its like a line goes from the bottom of the neck across, down slightly, then back up and it does like a C shape lol
