I've been trying to apply for helper but it keeps saying "Error you do not have permission to view this page or perform this action" And I am 13, I have elite, I've been banned before but multiple mods said if it's an old ban it wouldn't count and it was a ban from like 2015 I also have 35 forum points I have sent and email and everyone said to talk to you. -
