DR2 is only a game. It was/has not been converted into an anime. Only Danganronpa 1 (THH), Danganronpa: Future arc, Danganronpa: Despair arc, and Danganronpa: Hope arc were converted into anime. They are also manga.

You should watch DR1 (Danganronpa: The Animation) and then buy DR2 on Steam. It's an amazing game it was voted best out of all 4 games. It's really fun I recommend it!

Then you should watch DR3: Future arc Anime and the DR3: Despair/Hope arcs
Specifically in that order for the best experience.
