so ive got this one oc with ice powers and i just thought that since he has a little team of people with other powers, that he would have to go and recruit new heroes
and i thought of one of my spunky OCs hearing about him so when he actually turns up to recruit that spunky OC, they say something along the lines of "what am i on the naughty list now, frosty?"
