Losses are just a numberatical number and a loss just says you didn't win not that you didn't gain. You gained experience and maybe some information you didn't have before such as a hiding spot or a new way of playing. These are always going to be found and because of that you gather info so really it's a win loss but win situation. Simply use your info and try again.
