also false, lol. not just the south is dangerous, but anywhere in the city itself. the suburbs included. yes, the south IS worse than all other areas, but that also doesnt make everywhere else a haven. especially with the education system, the states god awful budget, the weather, and all the other factors i could go on about for days.
