Oasis? Is there like a floor you can get up to in Oasis as well? What if I say that cats aren't the master race??

In Twimbell I've seen people entering the upper floor in one of the houses, I am not sure if any person can glitch up there or you have to use hacks, but I've seen two people doing this, and even though maybe they were using hacks, removing the entrace to that upper floor would be sweet.
